我花了十分钟也没找到怎么把Pay的资金转到cex，以及至今不知道通行秘钥到底啥逻辑，除了设置同学秘钥的那台设备，其他设备至今没有成功提现过

After using wallets and exchange apps for eight years, I spent ten minutes trying to figure out how to transfer funds from Pay to CEX, and I still don't understand the logic behind the access key. Aside from the device where I set the access key for my classmate, I haven't successfully withdrawn funds from any other device.
