IV. Ecosystem arc (2025) Our second ARC Retreat on 16 Jan 2025 saw another 100+ Stellars gathering in Danang! @woobull said it best: “ARC is a gang and I am all about this life” Despite the market conditions in 2025, ARC and the Stellars continued making our presence felt across multiple cities. The most unforgettable moment was in Bangkok this April. The main conference was cancelled due to the earthquake, but over 100 Stellars had already arrived. Within hours of the cancellation notice, the ARC team and several Stellars rallied together to co-host and sponsor a series of impromptu activities. ARC took over Bangkok to connect, build, and play. We held our first ever ARC Padel Retreat from 30 March to 1 April. The best part? @jaylim92 from Blockoffice met @nonolee97 during the retreat, and that connection led to the very first acquisition within the ARC fam! We also showed up in full force at the second edition of Malaysia Blockchain Week. From 21-22 Jul 2025, more than 100 Stellars turned up, contributed, and supported @DoctorInGaming, @nonolee97 and @imthejoan. During those two days, the ARC logo and Stellar PFPs were spotted almost everywhere in Kuala Lumpur. It was epic. ARC continues to deliver real value to the fam in 2025. Huge shoutout to Joan for outdoing herself, securing 13 new partnerships and 8 trial perks for the ARC fam! At a time when the market feels fatigued, community sentiment is low, and many are throwing in the towel, we’re still pushing forward. We believe in what we’re building, and we’re backing it up with tangible benefits across both Web2 and Web3. From wellness perks at Thomson Medical to hospitality privileges with the Shangri-La Group and more, the value keeps growing. This year, in response to both market conditions and feedback from Stellars, we decided not to host our usual big party during TOKEN2049 week. Instead, we experimented with a series of smaller and more intentional gatherings. From roundtables to hotpot dinners, the week of 29 Sep to 3 Oct 2025 became a time where Stellars could find their tribe and join events that aligned with their interests. Folks who have been with us since the beginning know this: ARC was never just an NFT project. Our first goal was to bring together a powerhouse collective of builders, investors, developers, creators, and influencers. This group of Stellars, from over 20 cities around the world, became the core of the ARC ecosystem. By combining the social, financial, and cultural capital of our members, we’ve been working toward one shared vision of putting the ARC brand everywhere. It’s common to see products powered by other products or services. But at ARC, our products are powered by our people. Every Stellar is part of the engine that drives our ideas forward. In the next phase of our journey, we launched http:/ARC.xyz on 30 Jun 2025. It now serves as our launchpad for incubating and accelerating products and companies with scale. Throughout 2025, we focused on building the ARC ecosystem and incubating new ventures. A key milestone came on 14 Oct 2025, when @nocturnaldotxyz officially moved from concept to beta. It became the first project incubated under ARC, marking the first time a product born from the ARC ecosystem made it to market! Several other products and brands are currently in incubation and will be progressively revealed to the public in 2026. 👀 2025 was a year of intentional growth, and the foundation for what’s to come. Four years of groundwork, now it’s time to scale and go global.
