However, excluding the massive Bybit incident ($1.447 billion), the overall amount of stolen funds was lower than the previous year, showing a trend of "fewer incidents, but higher individual loss sizes." The report points out that supply chain attacks caused the highest amount of losses, while phishing attacks were the most frequent. Ethereum remains the public blockchain with the most security incidents.
