I occasionally see promotional posts for U-cards from certain exchanges on my Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) account. Some exchanges are really aggressive in their promotional efforts on Xiaohongshu.

However, U-cards are probably very difficult to regulate in China.

Hopefully, this won't invite a crackdown.
