Stacked glycine with magnesium glycinate and I've been sleeping extremely well lately.
I've been falling asleep faster and haven't been waking up at all in the middle of the night.
So far I'm very happy with this stack an hour before bed.

New supplements just arrived
I hear L-theanine & Glycine have good benefits along with sleep-aid and collagen is a good longevity supplement
I've been researching and trying out different things the last year so once I get a solid routine I'll share it along with my findings


Last night I got 7.5 hours of sleep
2 hours of deep sleep
2 hours of REM
