Blockchain is no longer just a "tech trend" or a few bull runs. Behind the buzzwords lies a burgeoning digital economic ecosystem—where technology, finance, legal frameworks, and market trust are intricately intertwined.

Particularly in Vietnam, 2025 marks a significant turning point as the legal framework for digital assets is first established , moving Blockchain from a spontaneously developing field to a controlled pilot phase, with the participation of regulatory agencies and technology-finance businesses.

However, many people still approach Blockchain with a lack of foundational thinking: either missing out on real career opportunities or facing unnecessary legal risks .

And that's why Followin is organizing the workshop: "Blockchain in Vietnam: Legal Perspectives & Career Opportunities," to help participants understand the true nature, grasp the "rules of the game," and identify a suitable development path within this ecosystem.

The first session, taking place at 8 PM on January 16, 2026, will focus on building a standard mind map for Web3.
  • Participants will be introduced to the industry structure within Web3 through the Web3 Stack model, from blockchain infrastructure, protocols, and smart contracts to the application layer, user experience, and the DAO model. From there, suitable career positions for each skill set, such as business, marketing, community, legal, and operations, will be clarified.
  • Participants will gain a clear understanding of virtual assets, digital assets, and payment methods, as well as areas of jurisdiction without specific regulations, prohibited activities, and the regulatory roles of relevant authorities.
  • Through the real-world case study of Ooki DAO, the workshop analyzed legal liability in a centralized model, drawing important lessons for both individuals and organizations.
The goal of Session 1 is to help participants understand the rules of the game and develop a mindset of complying with the law before deeply engaging in the Blockchain ecosystem.

Session 2: Opportunities & Risks

Building upon the foundation of the first session, the second session focuses on how a blockchain project actually operates and survives. Session 2 will take place at 8 PM on January 17, 2026.
  • Participants will receive an analysis of the token allocation and operation mechanism, the relationship between supply and demand, token distribution, and the long-term impact of airdrops on the project's development.
  • The workshop also clarified the value cycle within the Blockchain ecosystem, helping participants understand how the project creates, maintains, and expands value through its product, community, and ecosystem.
  • Participants will be equipped with the skills to identify signs of fraudulent projects and disguised multi-level marketing schemes, as well as the risks of working with companies registered abroad.
  • Legitimate career paths in Blockchain, such as legal, compliance, risk management, or freelance work in research, consulting, and operations, will also be clearly analyzed.
  • In addition, issues related to service contracts and personal income tax obligations are clarified so that participants know how to protect themselves in the global Blockchain environment.
