According to Coindesk, PayPal said on Wednesday that it will integrate its buying, selling and holding crypto services with the MetaMask wallet. According to a press release, the partnership between the payments company and MetaMask developer ConsenSys aims to enable users to select their PayPal account as a payment option to purchase ethereum (ETH) within the MetaMask app. The product is designed to facilitate the seamless purchase and transfer of Ethereum from PayPal to MetaMask.
“This integration with PayPal will allow our US users not only to seamlessly purchase cryptocurrencies through MetaMask, but also easily explore the Web3 ecosystem,” ConsenSys product manager Lorenzo Santos said in a press release.
