Helium's pattern of major reversals is concerning:
• From a single token (HNT) → to subnetwork tokens (IOT/MOBILE) → back to single token
• From directing all Nova Labs revenue to HNT → suddenly stopping buybacks via tweet

an update on HNT buybacks: the market doesn’t seem to care about projects buying their tokens back off the market, so we are going to stop wasting our money under the current conditions

to be fair, the HNT -> IOT/MOBILE -> HNT was entirely community led and took place over a pretty long timeframe. we have probably had the wrong governance process over time as it's allowed for a lot of serious changes over the years
