January 9th marks the first-ever IMO (Initial Milestones Offering) on Seedify and the start of a new way for projects to raise capital
No hype-only raises.
No blind trust.
No “we’ll ship later”
This is a breakdown of how the sale will work for the winners of the Hackathon 👇
1️⃣ Registration for SFUND Stakers & Predictors
$SFUND stakers and website users must register before the sale to secure guaranteed allocation access.
• No registration = no guaranteed allocation
2️⃣ SFUND Tier-Based Access (T9 → T6)
The bonding curve sale opens in $SFUND staking tier order, from Tier 9 down to Tier 6.
• Each tier gets its own guaranteed allocation window
• Earlier tiers enter earlier and access the lowest prices
3️⃣ Whitelist Access (Predictors)
After Tier 6 window:
• Access opens to users who correctly predicted the project as a Top 5 winner
• Allocations are based on your Kaito tier from the voting website
4️⃣ SFUND Tier-Based Access (T5 → T1)
The bonding curve sale continues with the remaining $SFUND stakers, from Tier 5 down to Tier 1.
• Access remains open for all previously eligible users (Tier 9–6 stakers + predictors)
5️⃣ Open for Everyone (OFE) Public Access
The sale becomes fully public
• Anyone can buy from the bonding curve
• No limited allocations remain
• Price continues to rise with demand
6️⃣ Sale Ends
The sale ends when one of these happens:
• The hard cap is reached
• The maximum sale duration expires
Once it ends:
• The final price is locked, and that price becomes the listing price on exchanges
7️⃣ Milestone-Based Funding Begins (IMO)
• Liquidity + 20% of funds are released for early development, operations, and listing
• The remaining 80% stays locked across 4 milestones (20% each)
• Funds unlock only when milestones are met
We’ll share more details in follow-up posts and a dedicated article about IMOs
