9/ Handling network issues
Nodes may see different announces at different times.
Acceptance can differ. This is expected.
If Ethereum commits it, nodes converge.
Otherwise, the Announce becomes stale and its branches are discarded.
Ethereum finality ensures alignment.

10/ Vara.eth consensus reuses Ethereum’s consensus to order and finalize injected transactions.
This enables higher execution capacity and cheaper submission, while preserving Ethereum security and finality, without a separate consensus protocol.
