Measuring ZK: Introducing TaikoProofs 🦾 Verification, not just claims. ZK proving is foundational to Taiko’s design. As a based rollup, Taiko relies on ZK proofs to ensure trust minimized block verification while staying aligned with Ethereum’s core principles. Making ZK guarantees observable is critical for both external credibility and internal accountability 🥁 Introducing TaikoProofs. Inspired by the transparency of Ethproofs, TaikoProofs is our new dashboard. It provides a real time window into the following metrics: 1️⃣ZK Coverage: Real time tracking of our ZK coverage and proof time across all batches. While we target 100 percent ZK coverage and aim to enforce this at the protocol level, this dashboard shows the complete picture, including any operational variations. This puts us on the right path to track and address any batches that are not yet provable by ZK. 2️⃣Proof Latency: Tracking how fast ZK proofs are generated, verified, and batches finalized. Transparency means showing the work, not just the results.
