Incredible clip that gets to the heart of Democrats' anti-deportation zealotry: CNBC’s Joe Kernen asks Sen Mark Warner why Democrats supported deportations under Obama, but not now. Kernen: “What changed with Democrats? Biden let in 12 million. Is it about VOTES?" Warner avoids that question, but admits the border was WIDE OPEN under Biden: Warner: "The border being as open as it was under Biden was one of the reasons Trump got elected." Kernen: "You're glad it's closed now?" Warner: "Do I think we ought to not have a FULLY OPEN border? Absolutely." Kernen: “The 12 million that came in. What do we do?" Warner: "Question I have for you is closing the border versus sending out ICE agents across the country to randomly pick up people based on quotas that have committed no crime?" Kernen: "How did Obama deport 5 million?" Warner then advocates for AMNESTY: “There ought to be a path towards legality." Kernen’s original question was finally answered, albeit indirectly. Warner and Democrats don’t want deportations because they want amnesty for the millions that are here — and their votes.
