- skill floor is low, ceiling is high
- anything can be built in a day with the right prompts and .md setup. mostly everything is a skill issue now
- startups in current format are cooked. mass extinction event. incentives aren't built for this paradigm
- agentic apps will beat UIs. users describe intent, agent does it.
