"The biggest issue we’re having today isn’t supply of chips or compute, it is POWER. The ability to get things done fast enough close to power. And if you can’t do that, you may end up with a bunch of chips sitting in the inventory that you can’t plug in. That is my problem," says @satyanadella. chips defined the last few years power will define the next decade. power is the new leverage. do you agree?

$MSFT's Satya is saying that compute is not the bottleneck, but energy and data center space is. In fact the problem he has is that he has a surplus of GPUs right now sitting which he can't use (glut?). He is also saying he doesn't want to over buy one generation of $NVDA GPUs.
