meh its a timing game, not a technical issue you want your startup to innovate across one, max two domains. For Anthropic, thats models, then agents. why tf would they even want to have internal HR software in the social fabric of their company? eventually, agents will know case law and edge cases as well as Workday. By then the cost of development will be zero and make a Workday bill intolerable. especially as companies scale down their total workforce numbers... finally, imo the issue for Anthropic wouldn't even be building the software, its aligning their people around that internal software without distracting from the mission.
