Some startup "rules" I've been thinking about that are no longer valid: 1. Build in Public - "Ideas are worthless. Execution is everything." With AI, anyone can copy your idea within minutes. Better to build in stealth. Ideas are priceless. 2. Build for a Niche - With AI, the product can be personalized for every user. Why build for one niche when you can build custom experiences for each one? Build for hundreds of niches. 3. Build a "Personal Brand" - Tied to this, get off social media. Don't waste time building in public or sharing your "secrets". Secrecy is the new moat.
