Of course, activist judges like this will continue legislating from the bench. Why wouldn't they? They're allowed to get away with it. 🤨 If anyone deserves to be impeached, it's Boasberg.

CASA is appealing the dismissal of our judicial conduct complaint against Judge Boasberg.
The complaint was improperly thrown out, despite allegations that are easily verifiable through court and congressional records. This includes Boasberg’s role in approving nondisclosure
