Down nearly 15 lbs since Christmas time
What am I doing different ?
- Decision to put health first
- 99% cut down on drinking
- Eating only during 6-8 hour window
- Extremely light on carbs
- 2-3x 15m sauna sessions daily
The biggest factor is DISCIPLINE
Not snacking, little to no caving.
Some people make NY resolutions, they don't stick
Lifestyle changes stick
