All failed,  file size limits, context window issues, format problems, or just not understanding how to parse the data.
Nebula  one-shot it:
• built a script
• unzipped the archive
• split files into smaller chunks
• understood the schema
• even detected that unaccepted DM requests share the same receiver ID → single-message convos (cold DMs)
That part honestly surprised me.
Now I’m setting up automations so I can reply to more founders.
