I look at Fear and Greed indicators through a similar lens to RSI, where high >70 or low <30 levels signal strong bullish/bearish sentiment, but not tops or bottoms. Extreme values closer to 90 or 10 are significantly less common and have a higher chance of signalling a pivot, but its much rarer still to go beyond, and 5 is absolutely unheard of. They're not super accurate overall, but useful in this case as confluence to other ideas.
