There is never any "social interest" at bottoms- that is what makes it the bottom. Then the big boys accumulate for dirt cheap while retail stays away, uninterested, until all excess supply has been absorbed. Once excess supply is absorbed and float is low price can easily be forced up by large players, and then THIS triggers the "social interest" that is missing at the bottom. This is why retail always buys the top and sells the bottom- because they only get interested after massive green candles (when accumulation is already complete) and always lose interest after massive red candles (which is when accumulation begins). Retail sentiment is the ultimate counter trade.
