🔍 What is the Fear and Greed Index?
- An indicator that quantifies market sentiment on a scale of 0 to 100.
- Lower values indicate increased fear, while higher values indicate increased greed.
- Calculation Criteria: Price volatility, trading volume, social media mentions, market surveys, Bitcoin dominance, and Google search trends (6 indicators in total).

The Fear and Greed Index reached its lowest level in seven years, since 2019. For reference, I'm back now after an outside engagement this morning. I'll continue checking the market!
