Researchers found that the AI, when evaluating two IDENTICAL loan applications, would consistently reject the Christian, and approve the Hindu. They’re baking mass migration and DEI into the tools that banks, institutions and governments are beginning to use more and more to automate interactions with customers and citizens. We need to find these biases and sue the perpetrators.
