This tweet from @rektdiomedes stuck with me… Went for a wall today so I could be aware of its impacts on my performance: - walked with no phone - had lunch with no phone - forced myself to enjoy just looking and observing (it’s hard to leg go of dopamine) Results? - way more focused - focused for longer durations of time - more energy throughout the day - better mood

After many years of experimentation...
I am 100% positive that I perform best in life when I am going for multiple long walks outside each day.
Usually one in the morning and another in the evening under the moon/stars.
I'm always tempted to skip them and just compulsively
