Not one Dutch person I know actually plans to pay the tax
They already have workarounds

Enlighten me, because even if you’d put everything under an LLC and take a personal loan whenever you need money you’d still create a taxable event transferring it to the company

You can take out the initials tax free. Realized gains you’ll pay tax on. And just never pay out dividends.
It at least is a workaround for the unrealized portion.
And better than the alternative. Which unrealized tax gains shouldn’t even exist in the first place. It’s just straight up theft

I’ll try to ask more. And get more info on this. Thanks for the comments. Trying to figure it out
