The @FTC is saying here that: - The FTC is more powerful than Congress or @POTUS, and can ignore (and refuse to enforce), Federal legislation entirely. - The FTC wants online services to identify children (in violation of Federal law). - 2 people within the Federal Trade “Commission” can make these, all-powerful, decisions. A two person vote. A “Commission”… of two people. So many red flags.
