Foresight News , Gate Technology, the Malta-based subsidiary of crypto exchage Gate, has obtained a payment institution license. This license, issued under the EU's PSD2 framework, allows the cryptocurrency exchange to offer regulated payment services across the EU while retaining its existing cryptocurrency license.
Previously, Gate had obtained a MiCA license, authorizing it to conduct trading and custody services within the European Union.
