On the morning of February 27, 2026, at its headquarters, the Party Committee of the State Securities Commission held a conference to announce the Decision to establish the Party Branch of the Cryptocurrency Trading Market Management Board.
Attending the conference were Comrade Nguyen Trong Thanh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the State Securities Commission, Comrade Bui Hoang Hai – Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission and Head of the Cryptocurrency Trading Market Management Board, representatives of the leadership of units under the Commission, the Youth Union of the State Securities Commission, and Party members and civil servants of the Cryptocurrency Trading Market Management Board.
The establishment of the Party Branch of the Cryptocurrency Trading Market Management Board represents a step towards strengthening the Party organization within the unit, ensuring the Party's continuous leadership over the Board's activities in the context of a developing cryptocurrency market and the increasingly high demands placed on management and supervision.

At the Conference, on behalf of the Party Committee of the State Securities Commission, Comrade Nguyen Trong Thanh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the State Securities Commission – presented Decision No. 02/QD-DUUB dated January 29, 2026, on the establishment of the Party Branch of the Cryptocurrency Trading Market Management Board and Decision No. 03/QD-DUUB dated January 29, 2026, on the appointment of the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch of the Cryptocurrency Trading Market Management Board. These decisions are effective from the date of signing.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Trong Thanh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam – stated that the establishment of the Party Branch of the Cryptocurrency Trading Market Management Board is a significant activity in the Party work of the Party Committee of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam. The Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the State Securities Commission of Vietnam requested that the Party Branch promptly develop and issue relevant documents in accordance with regulations to implement Party work within the unit.

On behalf of the newly established Party Branch, Comrade Bui Hoang Hai – the new Party Branch Secretary, Vice Chairman of the State Securities Commission and Head of the Cryptocurrency Trading Market Management Board – acknowledged and accepted all the directives from the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the State Securities Commission. In the coming time, he hopes to continue receiving the close attention and guidance of the Secretary and Deputy Secretary, and the support of the Party Committee of the State Securities Commission, to ensure the Party Branch operates in accordance with Party regulations.
