Here's the thing I don't think most people fully appreciate yet about USDAI:
@_ConorMoore and @0xZergs are absolute savages and they will find and implement every possible edge to wring out maximum yield, efficiency, and safety for both borrowers and lenders

As we continue to iterate on USDAI underwriting requirements, something we’ve implemented recently is the requirement for a “debt service reserve account” which is basically some cash held on hand by the borrowers reserved to make cover debt payments if needed.
