Half the reason RN/Expo apps outperform everything else is that it’s the best way to build new apps right now. The other part of it is selection bias. The people choosing RN/Expo are making other good choices too.

State of Subscription Apps 2026 is out and React Native apps are doing pretty well:
• 2.5% conversion from download → paid (vs 2.0% Native, 1.8% Flutter)
• $0.51 revenue per install at Day 60 (vs $0.31/$0.29)
• $31.78 yearly value per payer (~50% higher than Native/Flutter)
