Embraer (NYSE: EMBJ) completed its board-approved share repurchase program ahead of schedule on March 6, 2026, repurchasing 10,932,998 common shares as treasury stock. The program, originally scheduled to begin on November 6, 2025, and end on March 5, 2027, was completed ahead of schedule. The funds were drawn entirely from the company's available resources. On the same day, the share swap agreement with Itaú Bank was also terminated, eliminating the maximum exposure of up to 10,932,998 shares. The company stated that these transactions were within legal restrictions and did not affect its shareholding structure or management organization.
Embraer announced its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, reporting revenue of $7.578 billion (approximately 10.92 trillion Korean won), representing an 18% year-over-year increase. Fourth-quarter revenue reached $2.652 billion, with adjusted EBIT of $656.8 million and a profit margin of 8.7%. A total of 244 aircraft were delivered in 2025, also an 18% year-over-year increase. The order backlog reached a record $31.6 billion. 2026 guidance projects revenue between $8.2 billion and $8.5 billion, with an adjusted EBIT margin between 8.7% and 9.3%. Deliveries of commercial and business jets are projected at 80-85 and 160-170 aircraft, respectively, with adjusted free cash flow expected to exceed $200 million.

Furthermore, Embraer delivered its 50th E195-E2 aircraft to Porter Airlines on December 23, 2025, expanding the aircraft program that began in December 2022. Porter Airlines has a total of 75 firm orders and additional purchase options, enabling it to operate up to 100 E2 family aircraft. The E195-E2 offers up to 29% lower fuel consumption compared to the first-generation E-Jets and provides a range of up to 3,000 nautical miles (approximately 5,556 kilometers), supporting Porter Airlines' network growth.
