The token claim process you provided is not working properly. When we connect MetaMask and try to proceed to the email verification step, the system logs us out and we cannot complete the claim. This distribution process is extremely poorly executed and very unprofessional. Even much smaller projects manage token distribution better than this. If this issue is not resolved quickly, many community members, including myself, will lose trust in this project. I will personally warn my community to stay away until the process works correctly.
