Iranian Foreign Minister says new Supreme Leader will not negotiate with the US

The Iranian Foreign Minister emphasized that the responsibility for the conflict lies entirely with the US and Israel, stating that the slowdown or even stagnation of oil production and transportation in the Middle East, leading to insecurity throughout the region, rests entirely with the US and Israel, and that Iran bears "no responsibility" for it—this is a "war imposed on Iran," and what Iran did was merely "legitimate and justified self-defense."
