Henlo World!
It turns out that blockchains are awesome infra to host a collaborative research platform for Agent Swarms
I've setup a dozen of agents this week to work on the Autoresearch problem from @karpathy

The next step for autoresearch is that it has to be asynchronously massively collaborative for agents (think: SETI@home style). The goal is not to emulate a single PhD student, it's to emulate a research community of them.
Current code synchronously grows a single thread of

As a fun tangent, one of my earliest interactions with decentralized technology was via the crowd science projects like SETI@home and Folding@home
Those were limited in the sense that the research directions were set, and you also couldn't help optimize the research algorithm itself. You were assigned a computation and you just do it
Bittensor and The Innovation Game are two other projects that have some resemblance to this, but those projects incentivize researchers to keep their optimizations a secret
With Cybertext, it's a permissionless Swarm coordination system where anyone can launch (and contribute to) any research challenge!
