Storage for @SeiNetwork has been redesigned for Giga.
ReceiptDB will replace PebbleDB, which uses Parquet style storage for writes and DuckDB for reads.
Faster writes and much faster reads means less waiting on history, quicker backfills, and more headroom for apps under load.
