Why does the #ERC20 spec demand that a Transfer() event is emitted on 0-value transfers? What does it accomplish?
Wouldn't bypassing events from 0-val transferFrom() greatly cut down on address poisoning attempts from identifiable tokens like USDC? (fake tokens are easy to spot)
