This is the same as the billionaires tax, not a separate proposal; so not entirely true. BUT I’m sure at some point this could become reality so I would suggest a ballot measure forever preventing any tax on savings.

And it does not only apply to the "ultra-wealthy"
It will "make up for overspending" for things like illegal aliens
Democrats are SCREWING CALIFORNIA!
But the banks don’t want to give yield on stable coins instead they want to pay less than one percent?
