After this conflict is over, you have to go with your instinct and make bets on what you think will be the future. For me, I’m going BIG PICTURE and looking into the state of supply chain and its security. And once the Strait of Hormuz stabilizes, Canada will be - once again - the US’s most important trade partner for energy. Mexico will not lag far behind in portance. As for what type of investment to make: it won’t matter unless you negotiate with a government for the path to permit, and all the resources you need for that project. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Utah and Alberta will be HUGE players in the land space, and it’s only a matter of time before you see a huge tick on AI, data and manufacturing activity in those hotspots.
