The Worldcoin team and institutions are suspected of engaging in OTC transactions: receiving 35 million USDC and transferring out nearly 38.73 million USD.

According to Onchain Lens monitoring, the Worldcoin team's multisignature wallet recently saw large-scale two-way fund interactions with institutional addresses. On-chain data shows that the team first received a total of 35 million USDC from FalconX and Binance; subsequently, the team transferred 117 million WLD (worth approximately $38.73 million USD) to these two institutions, with approximately 84.76 million transferred to FalconX and approximately 32.25 million transferred to Binance.
