Someone minted 50M USR using 100K USDC to sell and pull liquidity from LP.
While I think the impact won't cascade much as there are small exposures to Morpho's vaults and Pendle PT due to the currently low APR making it less attractive for looping.
This is another great reminder to:
- Whenever you finish farming PT, rotate back to USDC/USDT.
- Diversify hard.
- Don't ever park majority of your stable in small stablecoins.
- Check exposure on vaults you made deposits. Some really have mixers of looping across small stablecoins.
- Risk management in DeFi farming is the most important
