Supply chain disruptions have led to unreasonably high prices. Countries are imposing export restrictions on essential goods. It's even worse than COVID-19.

One nice thing about the AI trade is it has a pretty clear supply chain hierarchy. Can probably just look at the chronological order things ran up and use the same order on the way down when that time comes.
