The biggest advantage of running a fully AI-driven company now is probably not having to manage people anymore. Before, as the CTO, I was always trying to be considerate of the employees' feelings. No matter how I assigned tasks, there were always various opinions and complaints. When dealing with messy client situations, I had to ask employees to handle them. It was all about honing my mindset and learning to process other people's emotions. Now, the AI employees don't complain, they obediently complete their assigned tasks, they don't engage in emotional blackmail, they're online 24/7, and their productivity is at its maximum. Now I can focus more on the company's tactics, strategic planning, and business expansion. It's really great! 😂
