With EF's introduction of "FCR" Fast Confirmation Rule, the Ethereum Confirmation Ladder is taking shape:
Step 1. Preconfirmation (< 1s , economic finality)
Step 2. Fast Confirmation (~13s , tokens available)
Step 3. Finality (~13 mins, tx irreversible)

7/7 The confirmation ladder is taking shape: Millisecond preconfs, confirmed and tokens available in 13s, finalized in 13m.
