Ant Group is reportedly developing a standalone app for AI glasses, and "Kankan Pay" will be transformed from a plugin into an entry point.

According to 1M AI News , the WeChat public account "Dujia" revealed that Ant Group is developing a standalone app called "Ant Digital AI Glasses".

Ant Financial released its AI glasses trusted connection technology framework, gPass, last September. It has already integrated with mainstream AI glasses brands such as Rokid and Xiaomi, enabling "see-and-pay" functionality in scenarios including consumption, parking, and cultural tourism. Currently, gPass is embedded as a plugin into the systems of various hardware manufacturers. If a standalone app is launched, Ant Financial's AI glasses payment capabilities will no longer be dependent on a single hardware brand, allowing for cross-brand user coverage.
