Been in DeFi for a while. Usually stick to the usual chains. But @Bitpanda launching Vision Chain caught my attention.
7 million+ users. Licensed in Germany, Austria, Malta under MiCA. These guys are legit regulated.
Vision Chain is an L2 on OP Stack. Built for compliance from day one. On-chain KYC, transaction-level controls. Sounds boring until you realize: Europe can't go on-chain without this kind of infrastructure. Banks and institutions can't just plug into regular DeFi. They need compliant rails.
