According to Mars Finance on March 26, the General Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government issued the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Artificial Intelligence Industry in Guangzhou." The plan proposes to focus on the development of key technologies such as lightweight model architecture, multimodal interaction, cross-domain control intelligent agents, edge chips, and privacy computing and security, promoting the innovative development of large-scale edge models and building a complete AI terminal technology innovation chain. It supports the tackling of key technologies in AI consumer terminals and the construction of system integration platforms, focusing on improving the software and hardware capabilities of AI terminals based on domestically developed chips and models. It prioritizes the research and development and promotion of intelligent hardware products such as intelligent connected vehicles, intelligent unmanned systems, whole-house intelligent terminals, intelligent wearable devices, industrial intelligent terminals, and brain-computer interfaces, promoting the application of large-scale edge models in vehicles, and supporting the development of AIoT systems that coordinate home appliances, central control systems, and sensors.
