In just over two months, Radix’s transition to a community-led model is already progressing well; with services preparing for handover, governance decisions in motion, and core infrastructure shifting toward community operation.

FEBRUARY
- RFPs open for Gateway + Relay services
- Validator subsidy consultation to reduce dependency on the Foundation and transition to a sustainable economic model
- Community DAO jurisdiction vote to establish a formal entity to take over the assets and governing role from the Radix Foundation
- Progress on asset transfer requirements documented
- Market Making continuity confirmed, the arrangement with PrimeVault can continue under the new structure
- eXRD/XRD Hyperlane warp route rebalancing complete, this means all eXRD<>XRD swapping is now completely permissionless and open
- V2 consultation dApp fully open sourced on GitHub (Scrypto, backend, front-end). Once hosting and instantiation is set up, the community will have full control over the voting infrastructure
MARCH
- Proposals submitted for Gateway & Relay services
- RAC engaged with MIDAO
- Initial Radix V2 consultations dApp deployed
- Most P3 services ready for handover
- Dashboard & Dev Console live on Cloudflare Workers (community-run)
- RAC & Foundation met with PrimeVault
- Ongoing discussions to secure terms with PrimeVault
- Progress toward community ownership of Stokenet operations
- Services intended to persist post-Foundation being migrated to new Cloudflare account
- Gateway infrastructure being reworked into a more cost-efficient setup
- Scrypto 101 transitioning from complex e-learning platform to a simplified hosting service
- Update to Scrypto for Radix Engine Toolkit to improve Gateway stability
- Legal kickoff meeting with Lawyer completed for MIDAO
