DingTalk CLI is open source under the Apache-2.0 license, making it the first open-source CLI application in China to reach a national level.

Mars Finance reported on March 27th that the DingTalk CLI open-source project has been launched on the GitHub community. The project is open-sourced under the Apache-2.0 license, initially offering 10 core product capabilities including AI spreadsheets, calendar, logs, to-do lists, chatbots, contacts, DING messages, attendance, open platform documentation, and a workbench. It natively supports mainstream AI programming and agent execution environments such as Claude Code and Cursor.
