2x per day, in my opinion, is unnecessary even if you have very high body fat.
1x gym session per day,
a clean diet,
and a high step count
will do the trick, imo.

most people dont need to go to the gym 2x per day ever
but if ur a giga outlier in terms of high bodyfat or low muscle mass it might be what u need to see rapid natural change
