While developer activity decreased in 12 out of the 15 projects surveyed, showing an overall downward trend, Hopr was the only one to record a double-digit growth rate (+11.5%). Radworks (-17.3%) and Chainlink (-12.2%) recorded the largest declines in activity, and the gap between top-tier projects widened. Ultimately, it appears that the success or failure of a project depends on the activity of the foundation leading it and the developers creating it.
